Due to an essential upgrade, MyView will not be accessible on Tuesday 1st September.
Optimum customers will not have the facility to clock in and out as normal on this day, therefore are advised to submit an “Hours: Forgotten Booking” adjustment request the following day, for their agreed working hours.
Once the request is authorised by their manager, their timesheet will be updated with the missing hours. Please note, the MyView team are not able to action the adjustment request on behalf of the employee however will provide further guidance if required.
For employees who are currently recorded on MyView with a Covid related absence; there is no requirement to submit an adjustment request as their standard contracted hours will be automatically credited to their timesheet.

As a result of the upgrade, MyView’s existing self-service function to create and access delegation rules is changing.
The MyView delegation module allows managers to give access to other employees, to authorise and action MyView requests on their behalf.
The new module offers MyView customers easier navigation and simplified user experience, especially for those who have various delegations set up to act on behalf of several managers. For managers, there are also less clicks required to create a new delegation as the new module is accessible from the ME tab, rather than the MYPEOPLE tab.

Please note, existing delegations will be unaffected by the upgrade and will automatically be available in the new module.
